- How big are Chunk cookies?
Chunk cookies weigh in around 5.5 - 6.5 ounces each! They are LARGE and can easily be shared between others. They are about 4x the size of a typical Oreo cookie.
- Where are you located? Do you have a storefront?
At this time, Chunk is only an online bakery. You can order here on our website, or through Instagram direct message.
- How long do I have to wait to receive my cookies after I order?
- If I order a dozen, how many flavors can I select?
There is a 6 cookie minimum per flavor. This means, you can get up to two flavors per dozen!
- How can I buy an assortment box?
Here at Chunk, we have BYOB (build your own box) once a week (every Friday-Sunday)! You can pick and choose the cookies you'd like off our BYOB menu (on IG). We typically make 7-10 options each week, ranging from our signature to exclusive seasonal flavors. CHECK OUR BIO to stay up-to-date on our BYOB release days and times! We may sell out of certain flavors - so get them as soon as you can!
- Where do you ship? How much is shipping?
Chunk ships nationwide (US) only at this time. We are hoping to one day expand to ship international. Shipping is a flat rate fee of $15. We use FedEx as our shipping service to ensure your goodies get to you the quickest possible.
*IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN SUFFOLK COUNTY LONG ISLAND, you may opt for local pick up if you choose. Select local delivery on the delivery option, and then contact us to set up a day and time. Pickups are typically Friday-Sunday in Holbrook location. *You will be notified the day before they are ready!
- Do you make keto / vegan / gluten free / dairy free cookies?
At this current time, Chunk offers all of the above!
Our keto cookies range in a variety of flavors. You can select from our "keto chunk cookies" under the order tab. Each cookie contains about 4g net carbs and 0g sugar. They are made using almond flour, butter, sugar replacement (white and brown) and Lily's sugar free chips.
Chunk's gluten-free cookies were released in January 2020 and can be found under our product page.
Chunk also offers vegan options as of July 2022. We have a standard chocolate chip cookie, but if you want any additional flavors, contact us to see if we can work with you!
- What is the best way to enjoy Chunk cookies?!
Chunk cookies can be left at room temperature for 3-4 weeks in their sealed bags. (That's if they even make it past two days!) For best enjoyed, place Chunk cookies in the microwave for 8-12 seconds or the oven at 325 degrees for 3-5 minutes! If a cookie contains frosting in the middle, we recommend eating them room temperature as the frosting will melt when heated.
*Chunk cookies may also be frozen for up to 12-15+ months. When ready to consume, defrost a few hours before and enjoy as usual.
- Do you accept large orders for events/catering?
Yes! We do large parties very often. Contact us directly via email for further information and pricing. We will gladly work with you and accommodate your needs. Please give us 3-6 week notice if possible due to high volume of orders!
